The strategy of Aluminium Kety Emmi among other things includes a goal to become the best employer in the region. We have recently reached another important milestone on the way to this goal - we have successfully obtained the Family Friendly Enterprise certificate.

The first Family Friendly Enterprise certificates in Slovenia were awarded in 2007, so far more than 240 companies and organizations have received the certificate, but there are only a few manufacturing companies on the list of recipients. This is one of the reasons why we are even more proud of the successfully obtained certificate.
